NGO Training Hub is dedicated to equipping Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across Africa with the skills, tools, and strategies they need to deliver high-impact projects. We provide world-class online training—designed for founders, leaders, managers, and professionals—that blends global best practice with African realities so learning turns into measurable results.
Our Story
NGO Training Hub grew out of the NGO Masterclass, an initiative launched by Vincent Egoro to provide accessible, high-impact training for NGO and CSO leaders across Africa. What began as a free Saturday series evolved into a comprehensive online platform that offers structured, self-paced courses aligned with global standards—and adapted for the African context.
Over the years, the Masterclass and our courses have supported professionals from grassroots organisations to established CSOs—helping teams strengthen systems, secure funding, and deliver sustainable change in their communities. Today, NGO Training Hub operates under Impact Train Consulting, with a simple mission: turn knowledge into impact.
